If you are about to make a purchase for a car alarm and find a lower advertised price offered by a competitor brand with the features listed below, let us know and we'll match that price on the spot and additionally offer a 5% discount off the matched price.

Simply provide proof of price while that lower price is in effect via a link to the awebsite offering the reduced rate, a faxed/mailed/emailed copy of their proposal with contact information as we my contact them for verification.

Only products listed on our website displaying the Best Price Guarantee qualify, all other products that do not display the Best Price Guarantee stamp are excluded from our Best Price Guarantee programme.  

Products that exclusively support the Best Price Guarantee must meet the following criteria.

What is considered "proof" of price?
A link to our competitor's current advertised price. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if HatCastle has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

Are Dynatron services eligible for price matching?
Yes, however the full price of the product plus services will be considered. You cannot match product from 1 competitor and the addon service from a seperate competitor, only together. This is because typically a competitor will discount one or the other but not both. This does not always include services such as delivery depending on your proximity to our shipping branches, but we will typically take this into account.

What does it mean not to match a competitor's price that results in a price match.

 Dynatron will not price match to a competitor's price that has already been reduced by a price match. This avoids chaining price matches protecting ourselves, our competitors and our industry.

What is a "Web-exclusive offer?"
It is a product or a price that is only offered to online buyers.
